Dear Sir/Madam,

I am contacting you because I have a serious quality problem with a Bestway product, and the local retailer in Thailand is refusing to honor any warranty.

I purchased a sand filter system, model 58515, from the retailer 'Toyznet' via the Shopee Thailand platform. Upon unpacking and initial inspection, I discovered that the internal riser pipe has a complete longitudinal crack running the entire length of the component (see attached photo).

This is clearly a stress crack or a material defect from the factory and not damage incurred during transport, as the outer packaging was undamaged.

The problem with the local retailer, Toyznet, is categorically refusing to accept any warranty claim because no 'unboxing video' exists. However, since the defect is located inside the unit, it was only visible after opening the tank. As a globally operating company, Bestway certainly doesn't want authorized dealers to reject legitimate warranty claims for obvious manufacturing defects with such pretexts.

My request to you: Since I live in Thailand (Chaiyaphum), shipping from Germany is difficult. However, I would like you to provide:

1.

Official confirmation that this damage (longitudinal crack in the riser pipe) is due to a material defect.

2.

A contact person at Bestway Thailand or Southeast Asia who can handle this case professionally.

I have been using Intex and Bestway pools for years and would hate to have to replace the entire system because of an uncooperative dealer.

I would greatly appreciate a prompt response and assistance.

I was unable to receive any help from Bestway which Is not who I got pool from. I got it from ticktock.

I was finally able to track down the seller and they sent me a new Bestway pool. So yeah me!

5 days after it was full, it started to leak! Can't find the leak anywhere.

We have all tried to find the leak. No one can find it!

I feel like I should be able to miss a payment as long I make a double payment when next payment is due not return my stuff Jeff is very rude and bully that's why I changed to Garland Texas Don't stores. and now he's there with the same rudeness and attitude talking about the other workers there let me pay how I want to pay and that's not true I really don't no dealings with Jeff and just pay my payment in double because I want my stuff I have spent alot to return because of a missed payment I'm totally pissed about the whole situation it's crazy behind 1 missed payment. The account is mine I was writing to fast I pay every 2wks while he talking bout weekly trying to charge my card before time i been with the store since September just now getting a copy of my contract

Stop arguing with poor Jeff. He just works there and has to follow the rules.

Air mattress

Second time I bought a best way air mattresses first time I bought the warranty with it. They did not offer me back the correct size of the air mattress I purchased they gave me a gift card less $15.

They did not cover the entire price that was Allstate protection Then with the gift card they gave me I went and I bought another mattress. We blew it up it did not hold air in the sides went to return it. Walmart will not return. It called the number on the box.

They cannot do anything for me because they do not have a manufacturer warranty with this product. I will never buy best way product again.

They do not back up their products and I will be putting it on my social media about this issue too to prevent people from buying best way and not getting what they paid for. I have nothing good to say about this company.

My product was delivered badly broken, and the box was busted, including the actual sand filter was busted. I tried to return the box and I was told that mailing it back to you would cost more than what the product did.

I need a mailing label to you immediately From whatever mailing source you choose. I need to be refunded immediately.

I don't give your company any stars on the simple fact that you guys didn't resolve the issue with me and for you to not take care of it of it and I had insurance on the product and if both of the products was defective product but you guys said that you don't use claims on the product called tritech but you have your name on the same box so since you was the manufacturer you should have gave my money and you didn't so I would not be buying any products from you again and I'm very disappointed you supposed to let your customers know some kind of way or own a box somewhere that if you buy this product then you get insurance you know insurance on it we don't cover this particular company and that wasn't done so I give you a zero and I will not be buying anything that says best way and that's it so you get a zero double zero

I ordered two mattresses from Bestway and I put a warranty on both mattrresses. Walmart would not take them back because of no box and was told to contact the company.

I did contact them and they refused to refund or send a new mattress to me. Even though I have a warranty on it. The mattress was delivered defective with holes on the bottom.

I explained it to them and they still refused. How do you not refund or send a better mattress to the consumer when the problem was on their end?

I just moved into my home and needed something to lay on since I had to order a sleep number bed because of my disability. Well, I had to sleep on the floor being disabled and 65 with hip and double knee replacement problems.

Shame on them! I will NEVER buy any of their products again.
